Same organic olive oil base and real black truffle. The Mild uses New Mexico pepper flakes and Aleppo pepper for gentle warmth so you get all the chili flavor with only a whisper of heat. The Hot adds cayenne and habanero for serious heat. Most customers who try one end up buying the other to have both options in their kitchen.

Q: Can I cook with it or is it just a finishing oil?
Both. It's organic extra virgin olive oil, so it works as a cooking oil, finishing oil, dipping oil, marinade, and salad dressing. One bottle replaces several steps in a recipe.
