Shipping and dispatch

Orders dispatch within 1–3 business days after your order confirmation email, excluding weekends and holidays. This is processing time, not delivery time. You’ll receive another notification when your order ships.

We offer free shipping on orders of $60 or more within the contiguous United States. Shipping for orders under $60 is calculated at checkout.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of your shipping confirmation email, contact hello@sydplayeat.com with your name and order number so we can look into it.

Something not right? Let’s fix it.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, email hello@sydplayeat.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photos if possible. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund for the affected items at no cost to you. This applies to sale items too.
