No hard minimum. We've done everything from a single closing gift to events of a thousand-plus — tell us your headcount and we'll build to it.
Two to three weeks is comfortable for most orders. On a tighter timeline? Say so in the brief — we'll tell you straight away if we can make it work, and we usually can.
Yes. Send us a spreadsheet and we'll split-ship to every recipient, each with their own hand-written note — and every box is hand-checked before it goes out. The coordination is on us.
We can tie in your colors, write a custom note card, and tuck in a branded insert or one-pager. Send your brand assets along with the brief.
For larger programs we can invoice your company directly and accommodate PO numbers and standard net terms. Just flag it in the brief.
Tell us and we'll adjust the boxes. Everything is made by hand in a shared kitchen at The Hatchery in Chicago, and we'll be upfront about what we can and can't guarantee.
