It started because hospital food was working against him.
In 2019, when Sydney's dad was fighting cancer, she watched the hospital food hurt his health instead of helping it. He's never liked anything that tastes too "healthy." So she earned a nutrition degree and set out to make clean food he'd actually crave.
That turned into five salts and two oils, all built on one idea: real truffle and clean ingredients on the food you already love. Eggs on a Tuesday. Popcorn at 9pm. The pasta you almost ordered out for — so good even a skeptic asks for seconds.

Her dad is fully cancer-free now. That's the reason any of this exists, and the reason it's built around the everyday meal. Because your meals deserve better than hospital food.
