The Story Behind Purple Champagne

While on my honeymoon in Champagne, France, we were served a single chive blossom at a Michelin-Star restaurant. It was picked fresh from their garden and I was blown away by the striking purple color and strong onion-garlic flavor of the chive blossoms. I knew I had to bring that experience home and I planted chives on our balcony and waited patiently for the blossoms to bloom each spring. Now we're excited to share this special memory with you through SydSalt Purple Champagne.

Whether you sprinkle it on edamame for a light and healthy snack, use it as a salt rim for your margarita, or sprinkle it on top of a cheese board for a pop of color, SydSalt Purple Champagne is sure to bring some magic and flavor to your meals.
