Description

Inspired by our home herb garden, we blended cilantro, parsley, and chives with roasted garlic, toasted onion, and real black truffle. The hunter-green color looks stunning on light-colored dishes and cheese boards. Where the Garlic Truffle Salt is warm and cozy, this one is fresh and bright. It's designed for lighter cooking: fish, salads, eggs, grain bowls, and anything where you want herb-forward flavor with truffle depth underneath.

How to Use

Fish (salmon, cod, halibut, any white fish). Salads (sprinkle on top of dressed greens). Eggs (scrambled or over easy). Chicken (light seasoning before grilling). Cheese boards (a line of green salt is visually stunning). Bagels with cream cheese. Grain bowls. Avocado toast. Steamed or grilled vegetables (zucchini, asparagus, green beans).

Ingredients

Black Truffle, Roasted Garlic, Toasted Onion, Cilantro, Parsley, Chives, Maldon Flake Salt.

FAQ

Q: Is this the same as the Garlic Truffle Salt?
They share a base of roasted garlic, toasted onion, and black truffle. But the herbs are different. The Herb salt uses cilantro, parsley, and chives for a fresh, bright flavor. The Garlic salt uses rosemary and thyme for a warm, savory flavor.

Q: Is it spicy?
Not at all. The Herb Truffle Salt has zero heat. It's all about fresh herb flavor with truffle depth.

Q: What does the green color come from?
The cilantro, parsley, and chives give it a natural hunter-green color. It looks beautiful on food and cheese boards.

Q: What dishes does it work best on?
Lighter dishes where you want brightness: fish, salads, eggs, chicken, and anything with fresh vegetables. It's the warm-weather counterpart to our Garlic Truffle Salt.
